It didn't work out with your Acer order? Contact Acer's customer service to submit a product return request and receive a special Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

You will also receive an email with a personalised label to print and place on your return box and further instructions. 

Remember, that Acer product should be still in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals in place. Make sure your item won't get damaged on the way back. Acer recommends using the original shipping box for this.

Note that you will have to bear the cost of return. And once Acer receives it and confirms that there were no damages done, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
