Hotels.com is a leading accommodation booking service that has listed hundreds of thousands of properties worldwide. Here you will find offers for hotel chains, small individual hotels as well as self-catering stays. Hotels.com was founded in 1991 by David Litman and Robert Diener as the Hotel Reservations Network (HRN). In 2001, it became part of Expedia Group and in 2002, changed its name to Hotels.com. The UK company is operated by Hotels.com LP, a limited partnership located in Dallas, Texas, in the United States. We couldn't find much about sustainable practices of Hotels.com and Expedia Group, however, we did find a selection of sustainable stays offered by Hotels.com. Don't forget to check them out yourself if you're planning to make your next trip a little more eco-friendly than usual.
Hotels.com started as an accommodation booking service, however, nowadays its offer has broadly expanded. Check out Hotels.com for booking your hotel stay, flights, hotel + flight packages as well as activities in thousands of worldwide destinations.
To cancel your booking, please visit Hotels.com's Customer Service Portal. There you will find all the information on how you can cancel your booking.
Due to the pandemics, most flight refunds are issued within 12 weeks, but it also may take longer. As for refunds for hotel, car or activity bookings, those are usually processed within 24 hours of the cancellation request.
