Not happy with your order at The Body Shop? No worries. Unopened products can be returned within 60 days of receipt via post, or for free within 14 days at one of The Body Shop's stores.

If your product is opened and unsuitable, you can still return your item for a full refund. The full instructions on a return via post is provided in the returns form that comes with your parcel. If you decide to return in-store, don't forget to bring your receipt.
